if this were another of your iceland pictures, i might have mistaken it for a mythical ocean troll accidently caught in a net by some local fisherman – but no, it's not! what it really is is a great proof of the fact that in the poorest "godforsaken" places people have to come up with their own nets to catch those in danger of falling – impressive in its ambivalence: i really don't know exactly whether to smile or cry at the sight of this "net baby" – probably it's a little bit of both… greetings, sabine.
