A superb collage of your garden birds.......you lucky, lucky man, but then your 'garden' extendes beyond your front gate with lots of trees for these birds to live and then visit you for food.
Keep feeding them Bryan, they need all the help we can give.
each image by itself beautifully captured .... your fine collage excellent and fascinating for me as only to of these species come to my backyeard !!!
greetings, Adele
a beautiful collage of your feathered locals, bryan! ; ) i recognize almost all of them from my own feeding station, except those two small and unobtrusive looking brown ones, right below the coal tit on the left and the chaffinch on the right. what are they? well, anyway: the nuthatch is the unsurpassed star of your images. their flat and streamlined bodies are perfect for power-climbing up and around a tree to escape the view of the forever curious photographer! ; )) greetings, sabine. p.s.: we still have an abundance of eurasian siskins in the garden. and – surprise, surprise! – this morning, the chaffinches were back and brought a handful of bramblings with them! amazingly enough, the males were in their breeding plumage! i've never seen it before. i guess it's because it's so late in the year and they're still here. they look beautiful with their bright orange chest and black head – twice as big as before…
