Die Entenmama lächelt und freut sich über ihre hübschen Kinder! Eine wirklich glückliche Familie, das zeigst du hier ganz wunderbar, Mark.
Salut Brigitte
watched a fascinating documentary the other night about london's (yes, london's!!) wildlife. suburban pigeons taking the subway downtown to get to the best feeding places and back. foxes and even badgers roaming the streets of the great big city. new exotic wildlife in some parts of town: mediterranean scorpions, exotic crabs, ring-necked parakeets… but of course native mallards were shown, too: one courageous female had built her nest on a balcony of an apartment building above a canal: in the 3rd or 4th floor!! the tiny ducklings all cold-bloodedly jumped off the railing and sailed down into the water. none were harmed – yet! but in the water turtles (originally set free by irresponisible pet owners of the late 80s) were stalking them! good that your mallard mom here doesn't know about it! she looks so content and happy! love, how you captured them all in perfect relaxed harmony! they must not have minded your presence at all! greetings, sabine. p.s.: i just found the documentary on youtube. i'm adding the link, just in case you might want to look into it: http://youtu.be/oKl03cXV9Ts
