I find the world of lichens and the large variety absolutely amazing, the large grey ones look rather large (and solid) and fascinating contrasting with the ochre and brown ones. With us, at the coast of Namibia we have small green ones fixed to little stones. After heavy fog the great planes seem to have a hue of green, almost looking like green seedlings germinating. At a closer look however one sees that these are actually lichens with the dust "washed off" by the heavy fog. What a fascinating world we live in, cathy
Wie von Künstlerhand geschaffen ist dieses Bild durch seine harmonischen Strukturen und Farben. Erstaunlich, welche Bilder die Natur zu bieten hat.

this is so strange… my first thought was: "mondrian!" something about the combination of crisp white with rich yellow… but here the analogy ends! way to intricate, flowery and sprawling a design to please the eye and hand of a neoplasticist. ; )) but peppily beautiful nonetheless!! hugs, sabine.

One might think that this picture was takenon another planet - or under water.
Looks great and not at all Canadian.
