I think that this is a perfect exemple of where the work goes beyond photography; where it becomes art. Kingas work is full of everyday objects that have been photographed and manipulated to produce some very delicate, 'telling' and thoughtful work.
While there are many superb, gifted photographers on the FC. Real originality and creativity is quite rare. What is originality? Is it a unique insight? A vision? Creativity? It's that rare ability to move beyond what is actually there. To see technical excellence as a vehicle rather than a destination in itself.
