Thanks very much for your enthusiastic comment! Since the 80's I have wanted to visit this magnificent building with its clear thin skin of glass covering a complex structure. I was able to see it a few months ago, along with about 20 other works of architecture in and around L.A. This cathedral was recently bought by the Catholic Church, and they will be making certain changes, mostly to the interior layout, to make it conform more to their litergy.
