This is very easy, you download the Photoscape program, it is very small...you go to filter, choose illusion and then choose noise (Jitter) for the background. I use this program from time to time because it is very portable and versatile...regarding the photo of the bird, your can do it much better than me...I really appreciate your interest on my pictures Berthold, is always a pleasure to get your intelligent comments on my pictures, thanks for that.

When I decided to take this photo, in an outdoor car park, one of the reasons that caught my eye was this number which suggested the parking space marked with the number "2", but the man who made the delimitation of the parking places, instead to place the correct number 2, he put upside down the number 5, perhaps for his own convenience ...! :-)
