I am a Graphic Designer turned Photographer after watching and learning on photoshoots. I bought an Olympus SLR then a Mamya 6x4.5 before investing in an Olympus E1 digital SLR - a superb camera used by the likes of Lichfield.
I am slowly picking up commissions. Recently I shot the cover and main part of a Mother & Baby magazine.
I have now bought a Portaflash home studio set up. I have had some success with no more than the camera mounted Olympus flash or with an additional slave flash.
I have some great landscapes which I may post in time.
I also paint and draw when I can.

    This year me and my partner ludwig geerman will begin our own company with photography.. so i will not assist other photographers.. but you never know.. i have some photographic idols i would like to work with though.. david lachapelle, erwin olaf, desiree dolron..

    Going in an upstream line so i am very happy about it all :))

    Thanks for your comment They visit the bird feeder outside my kitchen window most nights to raid it and always get a look of surprise when we open the window - but they still sit and eat

    the only advice i'd ever give a photographer is to point the camera at something which think might look good in a picture and press the button thing to open the lens at just the right moment ...
    that's what i'm still practicing ;))
