E. Michael Schomberger

I have always had an interest in photography but had not put a serious effort into it until last year. Since then I have shot uncounted rolls of film, bought lenses, filters, lighting equipment and more books than I can count and have tried to learn all I can about photography.

Recently I have set up a small studio in my home and am trying my hand at still life photography and some portraiture work. I am becoming more interested in black & white photography and am currently studying the techniques of "painting with light".

I would greatly appreciate any comments, suggestions on my submissions and hints on how to improve my work.
