The sky has traces of retouching and its visible at the edges of the lights/poles and at the edges of the water

nice but seems to be handled too fast with out working at those little details..

it would be contra for a normal proposal for me.. but it's also a selfproposal..

The composition is to messy, mainly the right side with plenty of overlaps.. ;(
