living among rocks! a place obviously built to last and still lasting and lasting… just imagine what those ancient bricks – silent witnesses to the passing of time! – must have seen, must have overheard over the years, decades, centuries! the many different people that passed them, maybe even leaned against them for support, or fought each other in their presence! two concepts of time are ingeniously combined in this image: the rock that's eternity vs. the transitoriness of a dynamic individual's life – great!! greetings, sabine.E.
