The water tower by night
Picture of a Dutch water tower wich is called de koperen hoogte (the copper height)
In former times the tower was used as a water depot, nowadays it is a restaurant/hotel.
The tower stands in Zwolle (Netherlands)

For sure, with HDR or DRI you could get a stronger pic, but making a good nightshot without these tricks is much more difficult. And it is a good nightshot with amazing lighnings!greetz, Olli

the concept of a HDR (high dynamic range) is, to take at least 3 pictures with different brightnesses and put them together to one picture in which no part is to dark.. so basically you can see farther and everything is a lil bit brighter.. its recommended to use this method if you're taking a picture at night and you have direct light right in your center of the picture.. just google it :D there's a lot of simple toolsMartijn Pullen 28/11/2007 13:00
