You would not believe the state of Vientiane at the moment, the government appealed
To the ¾ of a million locals to clean up their capital town and that is exactly what they did.
Only a month ago when I visited the area, it was the same as before.
However this trip I could not believe the amazing change, in readiness for Songkraan, “The Water
Festival Buddha’s New Year.
Will tell you more about that in a few days.
The other change, there are no eggs or chicken dishes on the menu, this is due to the “BIRD FLU”
In the country.
Many of the egg and chicken producing farmers are left penniless.
