This is a beautiful concept, and would be quite successful if it weren't for the blown out quality of the snow. With some defining details of the snow's crystalline structure, the eye wouldn't wander aimlessly amongst all that white, looking for something to savor. The water adds depth texture and flow through the image, but the 'heat of that cool subject' lets this down for me. Lots of potential with this subject, however. Keep working on the execution, for there's a wow in the concept...
