I really appreciate your sincerity and power to justify a negative vote, thanks for that!:) was the first experience of this kind on FC, was a surprise to me this proposal and yes, I agree with the shortcomings of this image: ) next time I hope to post better pictures!:)
all the best,
Nokk
thanks for your "negative" comment, maybe you are right, maybe you are wrong. I looked very hard to see a overexposed area on my Bumble Bee, but really couldn't find it. (unless you mean the reflection in her eyes?).
On the bloom you could be right that there is a bit too much light... well, now it's too late to change it :-), but for sure I'll have a closer look the next time I capture something !
About the cropping, well, this is a matter of taste, but my idea was to give some room to the picture and to see some of the cactus stings where the Bumble Bee was resting.
I really appreciate your honest opinion !!!
(not like others, if vote contra and don't tell you why !)
Thanks a lot for comment, Andrea. Yes, you told me that you lived in
Ireland. The pics are taken exactly in July 1989. During a 18-days trip with cycle, tent and camera across the country.
Kind regards: michael
