Hi Sue,
Just a quick note to tell how I got that closeup of the Blue Jay. I built a hide or blind to keep the bird from seeing how close I was. Don't forget to turn the sound of on the camera or it will beep while focusing.
A car or a large box will work. Just remain silent and wait. Let the bait do the work. Start by putting it out a few days befor you plan to that the photos.
