Thanks so much for your most welcome comment on my 'St Peter's Church' photo. I'm always amazed about the buildings that were made so long ago. They were so beautiful and the challenges they must have presented without all the fancy gear to build things these days.
I try to give my photos some commentary at least because i know how frustrating it is when i want to know more about photos on here and there is very little under them! Glad you appreciated it :-)
Have a great week! Greetings from New Zealand

Dennis,
Thanks for your comments on 'untouched.' Hopefully someday I'll make it to Africa and be able to shoot the beautiful desert there, but for now I still have tons of Utah to explore.
Greetings,
Mark
Thank you for taking the time to look at my picture and post a comment. I know how hard it is to replace fence also. This one is just hidden well enough that I seem to be the only one who remembers it.

I tried to do more 'natural light' macros with my broken tripod alongside my flash lit ones. I did them before, but somehow, they didn't come out too well. I also added the angle to my latest pics, and could actually be found laid down on my belly at the side of the path to get those little ground huggin blighters amongst the leaf detritus. In fact, clearing some of the litter for this pic...
I discovered it was actually growing from a piece of polystyrene packing, which I had to re-conceal with leaves as it didn't quite look natural.
I thanked my wife yesterday for her gift of a better camera... you don't get the kisses, but thanks anyways for your comments and support.
