I'm well aware of this. It's due to the low resolution of this picture. I uploaded it because of the composition.
Maybe, you are right; one should not publish images which don't meet certain technical standards. Thanks for your comment. It's a help for my future decisions.

Tried to make a painting like effect , this little city in Belgium is very artistic ...
So I thoucht I create my own paintings of it...;-))
