A proboscis monkey at the riverside

Rare is today the bizarre proboscis monkeys, which is to be found only in the mangrove forests Borneos. On this area there count more than 250 Proboscis monkeys living in harmony. It’s an amazing scenery to capture by my own camera or even if I only want to enjoy the natural habitat of the monkeys.
A proboscis monkey is an elongated appendage from the head of an animal, either a vertebrate or an invertebrate. In invertebrates, the term usually refers to tubular mouthparts used for feeding and sucking. In vertebrates, a proboscis is an elongated nose or snout.
