Baltimore Light Rail Camden Yards-Penn Station Shuttle
A Baltimore Light Rail Camden Yards to Penn Station shuttle train
enters the spur to Penn Station after departing the Mount Royal stop.
In the background is the Howard Street Bridge, which carries vehicular traffic over the main line (*)
of the Light Rail as well as a broad railroad canyon below, containing the tracks of the Northeast Corridor,
serving both Amtrak intercity and MARC commuter trains, and the freight trackage of CSX.
The Penn Station Shuttle train covers only a short stretch of the Light Rail system, which connects BWI Airport,
south of the city with points far to the north in Baltimore County. After the Mount Royal stop, the shuttle diverges
northeast from the mainline over this spur to cross a short bridge over the Jones Falls Expressway to terminate at
track level at Penn Station, where passengers can connect with Amtrak and MARC Northeast Corridor services.

Excellent details, I like the tight crop and the framing in portrait format. Well done.
