Boudhanath in golden sunshine
Every time I visited Nepal (Nepal just is a two hours flight from Bangkok) one of my first tours goes to the Boudhanath stupa. The great stupa of Boudhanath in the Kathmandu valley, a vast dome-shaped monument representing the Mind of the Buddha, is the primary pilgrimage destination for Tantric Buddhists of the Himalayas and a major draw for Tibetan Buddhists from all over the planet.
That time I had the luck to experience the holy place in golden sun light.
The slide photo was captured in 1986 and scanned by a Nikon CoolScan 5000 ED from Kodachrome 100.

Muy buena foto con las banderas como rayos proyectándose desde el templo.Saludos
