Filmic NYC No.8 - A Walk on the 'Willy-B'
The view is along the pedestrian walkway toward the Brooklyn end of the Williamsburg Bridge on a June afternoon.
Willy-B is an affectionate nickname New Yorkers have for this span across the East River,
linking the Lower East Side of Manhattan with the Williamsburg section of Brooklyn.
In addition to its pedestrian and bike lanes, and vehicular roadways, the 'Willy-B'
carries the tracks of the J,Z, and M trains of the New York City Subway system. (*)
The photo was taken on Ilford Delta-100 film in a Pentax ME Super, through a Pentax Takumar 28mm f/2.8 lens.

Very powerful composition showing up the complex architecture of the bridge. The strong contrasts of light in the black and white are very effective.
