i do agree about the brightness but it has a wonderful feel to it, did you also play with the colour balance?too much contrast but you can fix that easily.
well this is a wonderful shot full of youthful play.

Do enjoy this one very much, I would reduce the brightness a tad, IMO.-dEaN....
