Forse anche per il periodo, mi torna in mente la famosa canzone di Venditti "Notte prima degli esami" che recita testualmente: "Chiuse come le chiese quando ti vuoi confessare".
Gli studenti con qualche crisi di coscienza confidano nella redenzione dell'ultimo momento, e nell'attesa danno una ripassata, e magari lasciano anche (a forma di ex voto) loro testimonianza ad perpetuam rei memoriam. ;))

Fully agree with Observer 123's comment! There seems to be a story here and you have wisely left the viewer to create his own scenario. I love the lighting and textures you've captured in the Sicilian sunshine.
