Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds
For this one I borrowed the famous Beatles song. The Aircraft is a Diamond DA42 Twin Star. This aircraft in my opinion is the closest to aerodynamic perfection. The ultimate streamline can be found with birds but also with fish like dolphins, sharks and tuna fish. Water in some ways behaves like air. People who design aircraft according to this principle are exponents of Natural Technology.
The DA42 has a fuselage resembling a tuna fish with a shark nose, the wings and tail contain 'winglets' like the feathers curving upward in the wingtips of an eagle.
