Monks coming down from the Ganden Monastery

I was told that about 3,000 to 4,000 monks now are living in the complex of Ganden. When we came to the monastery in May 2004 hundreds of carpenters and masons were working to rebuild the former biggest monastery in Tibet.
My photo was captured in May 2004 during my first visit in Tibet.
