Never Disrespect A Member
I miss holding the story in a single hand with two eyes I can watch how it evolves into something that is all over the internet. When this final clipped image was released, it made a big uproar in the fabric of American culture. The religious side was appalled. The nonreligious side found the image to be a breath of fresh air. For once down and out- people or individuals in need of their meds was having a great time.
My editor was Ron Mann. He made the call. Later Ron won a Pulitzer. I feel fortunate to have worked under him. He was a mentor.

i like the idea in this photo -a lot of reminiscence in there.. let people know what ilford was. and there were days, when shots had to be done with knowledge and structure, since there were only 36 max on a film... warmes regards, uweSue Thompson 15/06/2016 9:58

Déployée sous la lumière vive du store, la pellicule soudain s'anime, le négatif nous dévoile un à un les gestes des personnes filmées. La magie de ce cliché N&B opère instantanément. Amitiés. Yda
