that's the Milky Way, Bryan ;-)like you playing with ND and the results coming from that...! this one even oozes more mood and feeling than the one you presented last time from this area. shows more dof and the reduced colours seem to come from HDR or RAW-development... well done!

Great picture Bryan! I,m also a great fun of ND filters and i use them very often with films as this is what they are made for. They slow down considerably the shutter and they offer this wonderful "milky" effect in motion which is much more impressing in b+w photography. Just convert this one and you,ll see. Always carry a tripod with you when using ND filters!.regards alexander
