Tnx Mark.I used one flash to the right/behind Sven, a hard light (no soft-box) with the normal temperature of a flash.
The other flash is with a bouncer and a warming filter (amber)
When it comes to exposure the behind-flash is one stop over the main-flash and the main-flash is one or two stops under the natural light.
Let me know if its not making sense.
