Nice use of selective color. I would suggest taking a bit off the right side, to place the women slightly off center and walking into the frame. Assymetry can make the viewer a little off balance,even subconsciously, and that creates a slight sense of uncalm, causing them to linger a bit, which is exactly what you want them to do. Try it with a sheet of paper on the monitor. You'll see what I mean.
