The Fungi World (229) : Fenugreek Milkcap
This is the last stage of an old Fenugreek Milkcap specimen.
It’s a fungus with a distinct scent reminiscent of curry, that likes to grow in peatland or boggy locations of forests.
Stands on the “Red List" as a vulnerable species !
Dutch name : Viltige maggizwam
German name : Bruchreizker
Latin name : Lactarius helvus
