You had chosen a great perspective over this scene, but unfortunately, there are reflections visual.
I don't know if you are using a DSLR or a camera which has a mount infront of the lens for filtres.
If it has so, i would like to give you an advise for using a polarization-filtre.
With these type of filtre, you are able to fade down those effects by shooting your photograph in a 30 degrees angle throughout the window. It's really useful in situations like this one :)
Furthermore you'll get a nicer traced and more colourful sky by photographing in a 90-degree angle to the sun.
Otherwise it's a good photo, except for the well-seeable noise at the bottom, but this may be caused by your camera. :)
I hope that my comment was useful to you.
