Kaum vorstellbar, dass um 1850 dort ca. 1 million Menschen verhungert sind.Für mich ist es eher ein Mahnmal, denn der Mensch scheint aus solchen Katastrophen nichts zu lernen.

Gefällt mir gut, die Figur.Auf Sylt stehen vor dem Westerländer Bahnhof grüne Figuren rum. Gefällt fast niemanden.

Die Hände wollen sie zurückzwingen, die verlorenen Verwandten und Freunde. Sehr ausdrucksstark. Es sollte am Meer stehen, direkt an einer Klippe gehört es hin.LG Tom
