I've been taking photos since I was a kid, first with film. Later on I switched to digital photography, and I took a class in digital photography & Photoshop for three years. This served as a foundation for my passion today. I like to shoot all sorts of things, whether it's countrysides, mountains, macro, architecture, bodies of water, skies, cityscapes, black and white, portraits, action shots, animals, plants, etc. - the list goes on. I am inspired by most everything, but I'd say the main thing that draws me in to take any shot is the light. I love how extraordinary light can make even the most mundane objects come alive and become more intriguing. Aside from taking the photos, I often like to use Adobe Photoshop to create abstract compositions which all originate from pictures I've taken and then combined in some form or another with various layers, blending modes, and other manipulations to form something that is more like an oil painting than a photo. I always appreciate critique from fellow avid photography lovers.
