A Ship of Goats
in Salalah, Oman
a ship docked behind us and loaded with hundreds and hundreds of goats ... young lads unloaded them onto waiting trucks (you can see one of them) for hours in the heat ... it was quite a spectacle with many goats trying to escape, jumping into the water from the high dock and being fished out again - but it was also sad to see ...

Das muß ja eine Wahnsinns-Szenerie, die Du uns mit diesem Foto eindringlich zeigst, gewesen sein. Die armen Ziegen haben vermutlich gewittert, daß sie auf einem"Seelenverkäufer" landen. Was für ein Anblick und vermutlich auch Geruch. Mir tun die Tiere unglaublich leid.LG Roswitha

This ship which is probably beyong repair remains a real ..jewell to the eyes,Adele!, so many details on it to sea to remind old glorious days and...well, what is happening today there with the goats, unfortunately, occurs to all poor similar creatures that are destined to end on a restaurant dish..best regards

Excellent cadrage sur ce vieux bateau . Une photo reportage rare ! Ce devait être assez étrange de voir et entendre toutes ces chèvres crier.Pauvres bêtes !
