Ausable Cascade

This black and white shot was taken in the Ausable Chasm area of the Adirondacks in New York State. It was early morning in August of 2010, when my wife and I walked from a nearby campground to get some shots before any crowds formed as this is a fairly popular area. The "falls" shown here is actually only a few feet high, upstream from the larger waterfalls, but it was my favorite shot none the less.
