Its certain that this portrait is heading towards the gallery (I have voted 'pro' myself).However, there are a few things that my mind cannot reconcile. One of them being the shadows....where it seems to me that some shadows reveal a certain lighting position, but the lack of shadow beneath the peaked cap contradicts it.
But anyway, the overall effect is good. I just have this sneaking feeling that it is a highly tuned image, and very well done for it.
