This image has visual appeal because of the composition and the colors.

But I think the technical problems with noise and some glare is too much of a negative.

technically is not there. Very grainy for no reason, reflections where ther should be none.

i have seen many images similar to this, unfortunately better ones.

Its a good picture, but not a gallery shot.

The colour, crop, noise and artifacts don't work for me. The image has been oversharpened and is too small. Contra
