CAMERA TEST

I'm testing out the Fuji 9000s as a possible back-up camera. But as I am sure many of you know, carrying around a SLR with heavy lenses can be a back breaker. Hence, the 9000s for the days when I don't feel so muscular. I've tried out sevral other cameras, but they are usually too small for my hand & don't seem to offer similar manual controls like the Fuji, so I'm leaning towards this camera. I just shot this in my kitchen with natural light. Aside from resizing for submission to the site, the photo is unretouched. Handheld, natural light with no flash, f5.6 @ 80/sec, auto white balance with iso @ 200. The internal camera controls for saturation, contrast & sharpness have been set to the maximum for this evaluation. While this certainly isn't the equivalent of my SLR with the canon 'L' lenses, considering the small sensor and all-in-one lens, I think it takes a pretty good shot. With learing the camera, I know it could be better. Technical comments only. If you know anything about this camera & can offer advice, please do. Be as critical as you like as I'm thinking about buying this thing! Thanks!

I think this is a pretty good shot too, the in focus clarity is very good, and if this picture wasnt so busy (i realise its only a test shot) it would look amazing
