Catalonia - following Salvador Dalí
Some stories are entwined around this car, a Datsun 180B/610 Wagon. Dali and Datsun? When he usually went by his Cadillac?
Datsun was a rarely seen brand in Spain. The most likely variant is that the artist has received the car in return for his contribution to the manufacturer's promotion in 1972. He himself probably never used it, but his wife Gala and the staff for errands.
The Datsun sits today in the garden of Castle of Púbol.
