in the Pavillion Hall at the Hermitage in St. Petersburg, Russia
I was at the amazing Winter Palace - now the Hermitage Museum with a busload of tourists ... for each photo I stayed behind and tried to capture the architecture without people ... no flash used :-)

Very fine picture!Absolutely incredible that you had this 1:1000000 chance to pick extactly this tiny fraction of a second when no other people were around....
When we were in St. Petersburg (then Leningrad) I refused to visit the Ermitage after having seen the huge busloads of people queuing to get in...
