Death of a town #1
Not far from my home a town is dieing. The open pit mining expands and the towns and villages disapear. Most inhabitants receive a excellent compensation. Eventough since years I am documenting this as the past will disapear...

It happens all over.....And it is sad..... sometimes nothing but a few stones, fragments of tiles and dirt remains........ other times the ruins seem to refuse to let go the soul of the past.... and the place keeps somehow a strong energy....eautiful photo .
