Movement enhances the inclement weather in the desire of the viewer to get out of the rain. Quickens the eye as it would the step in finding a dry doorway, a warm foyer, a hot cup of tea. Movement of the lens distorts the moving vehicle and puts the eyes energies on the sharper shape of the pedestrian. Nice tones and very well presented.Regards,
