Dripping Wet
The skies opened up in phnom phen. It rained hard enough to blind this child until he found cover. to wait out the storm in the market. Then he would be find his Mother, or she will find him in time for feeding.

Completely wet, but stoic, the little boy knows it's just water...Lovely way to capture the dripping water, in the stillness of the photo there's movement.
Well captured, just in the right moment.
Lovely shot!
Best regards,
Susana

: ))))) a sleek little seal! amazing how the "purification" of the flood-like rain doesn't rejuvenate him (he's so young, he wouldn't need it anyway ; )), but ages him instead: his facial expression – "paralyzed with pleasure" by the downpour – the one of an ancient buddha! ; ) it reminds me of an 80s commercial i used to like: it was about some cold medicine, a "collage" of people's complaints about symptoms, ending on a happy note, with a little boy smiling into the camera, claiming in an unrehearsed way that "it's a little bit of fun when you sneeze"! the ambivalence of water: both destructive and tender at the same time… like this shot very much! greetings, sabine.
