the muted colors, sharp light and shadows, and crumbling textures combine to make a beautiful image. the human head shape on the wall helps the viewer relate to the subject and title. great graphic work with the horizontal and vertical repetitions on the ladder and the cracks in the boards we must cross to enter the image. lovely image with excellent composition choices and execution.sarah k
