I love my Teacher !
Taken at a rally to support Strongsville teachers that are striking.
This young man and his brother man up to me and asked me to take his picture.
I was standing with a reporter from the local newspaper and he told me that the paper no longer has money in the budget for photographers so the reporters now have to take their own photo's. He said his girlfriend took photography in college so he was using her camera but it got stolen so he bought a Nikon D3100 with 18-55mm lens. He said he enjoys taking his own pictures but writing the story about the teachers strike is getting difficult since it is dragging on and coming up with new things to write about it is challenging.
Strongsville teachers are in the top 3% highest paid teachers in the state.

yeah, pretty sad. this whole affair. what are Zellers teachers?if teachers are so loved and missed why don't they just go back to work? PS. don't believe for a moment that they are underpaid. Here in Canada, it's one of the best paid professions, secure, big pension, retire early. Teachers' pension fund owns most of downtown Toronto. want me to go on??

Incisive witness to the hard work that teachers have not been adequately evaluated in the western world.Dr. Labude 22/03/2013 11:52
So step in the gap, Ken!Guess they'll need, in order to print it, some flash for the contrasts in the face and some more exposure. Great documentary, though.
