North Greece West Macedonia Prespes lakes. (near the Albanian borders).
From early morning in the vast inner yard of their house, every member of the family is assigned with a scheduled duty according to the demands of the season so the struggle for survival could be accomplished succesfully.. To the left one can see the nets drying on the wall as one very important occupation is fishing in the lakes.

Another excellent glimpse into the lives of these Greek people. Life seems hard to us here who have it [relatively speaking] very easy. How many western kids have their daily duties to do........work seems to be an alien thing to many of them....... Here I suspect that many know no other way of life and so are happy with their lot.:))

So many things to see. The scene seems to be from a movie, but it I also remember, about 40 years ago, to my first impressions of the greek life on Peloponnese..It looks as if the time has stopped.
