Lady Cactus

A lot of my work deals with the theory, that the universe and the energy, called life, consist out of the common essence – the endless consciousness, which is constantly present. The photo „Lady Cactus“ was made in my apartment in Vienna. Making it was a playful act, refering to the idea, that a plant and human consist out of the same cell.The cactus on the photo is real and I grow it in my apartment. The body of the cactus and the had of a woman joined in one being, represent a symbol of unity an illimitability between human and nature.
