Marina at Ko Chang
A harbor scene in a small marina near the famous Coconut Beach. From here the launch to the many small offshore islands at Ko Chang.
Ko Chang, once a paradise destination for individual travelers, has become a magnet for beach vacationers.
A beautiful romantic place to stay on western side of the island Chang in eastern Thailand and ... free of jigger fleas the mainly big trouble on the island.
But the sudden tourism boom however, has been fraught with controversy concerning land use, etc.

Noch vor 20 Jahren war es o.k., es gab Tourismus, aber es war nicht überlaufen , Noch früher war es ein echter Geheimtipp. Aber das war Kata Beach in Phuket bei meinem ersten Besuch vor 40 Jahren auch mal :-)Trotz allem ist Thailand auch heute immer noch eins der schönsten Reiseländer.
