As the sun is going down on the back of the mountain you can watch its beautiful shape formed on the clouds.
Just breathtaking.

@Mark:yeah i've seen pics from friends. Actually we were lucky that there was no snow because i do not know how to ski.
The view was perfect as you can see and the sky was crystal clear!

Believe it or not:It is possible to snow ski on Mauna Kea ... if you have a 4-wheel drive vehicle and can get to the top after a storm.
